i USE Squid for NT on Windows 2000 Server
1. i want to use its DHCP Facilities
2. when i open SMSpk.com SMS(MObile) Site it return message "you will need to open outgoing TCP connections to Port 51215 on your proxy server."

So, you use Squid-cache on a windows 2000 server? I thought that this message board is for Linux related problems. I didnt know they had a Squid version for Windows. I know that cygwin enables you to use Squid within Windows. If I were you I would focus on modifying the squid config file whereever it is located on I Windows machine. I know that it would be located within the /etc folder in Linux and that Webmin makes it easier to administer that proxy cache server. The homepage is: http://www.squid-cache.org/. I am curious where you obtained your package for Windows. Did you have to use cygwin to use Squid? Possibly where you obtained it will explain the DHCP portion and such. Possibly the official site that I mentioned before will also help in the config file. I would assume that the config for Windows and Linux are almost identical so you might be able to use the official homepage for reference.
